Former Kenya Prime Minister Raila Odinga has been in the country to attend the inaugural Public Private Partnership conference in Kampala. Odinga who accepted an olive branch from his rival president Uhuru Kenyatta after the 2013 presidential election currently serves as Kenya’s envoy for Infrastructure Development at the African Union. He alongside Uganda deputy coordinator of Operation Wealth Creation, Lt Gen Charles Angina spoke to Emmanuel Mutaizibwa at the Kampala Serena Hotel about PPPs and the quest for an East African Political Federation.
