Kenya’s Eliud Kipchoge breaks 2 hour race barrier: Graham Block

While the IAAF has said it would not recognise the run as an official record – because it was not in open competition and it used in and out pacemakers – its president Sebastian Coe welcomed the record attempt. At the same time a meeting in Kigali – where a cross-section of African anti-corruption activists were gathered – took time out to congratulate Kipchoge.
