UAE-based Nshama has launched its latest affordable apartments within its Town Square development for middle income families, located near the project’s central Town Square Park.
The 750-acre Rawda Apartments will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 55sqm, 77sqm, and 120sqm, respectively, in four residential buildings.
Nshama is also offering flexible payment options with only 5% down payment, and a 50:50 payment plan, giving residents the chance to pay only 50% of total value before hand-over, with the rest made on delivery.

Located in Dubai’s Al Barsha areas, construction on Town Square is progressing with work on the network of roads as well as on swimming pools and landscaping completed so far.
The Town Square Park, the size of 11 football fields, will feature the Vida Town Square hotel and a Reel Cinemas Cineplex as well as 232,257sqm retail precinct featuring over 600 stores and F&B outlets, among others.
Rawda will offer a wide range of amenities for residents including access to swimming pool, children’s pool, modern gymnasium, changing areas, showers, common area, kids’ playground and game areas.
